Greetings from Sunny Florida. 'Not
As Wilma approaches, I have a terrible problem with my insurance co. not wanting to pay for toxic mold in my home.
We notice a horrible smell a couple of months ago. Had a mold specialist come in and test several walls and indoor air.
Stachybotrys, Curvularia and others were detected in the wall and indoor air samples.
My insurance co say it won't pay cause they 'think' it's coming from a planter outside.
Isn't it Florida law that the insurance co must pay?

Can anyone point me to the law itself? Statute?
Thanks so much.
Ah. My wife is pregnant. Can this hurt us? No symtoms as of yet.

Well it is indeed harmful for you to breathe in those types of pollutants regularly. do you have test results from the inspection that was done?
