Well where do I start.... We moved into a rental house in April of 2005 and my son as been having problems and we took him to a specialist because he is having breathing problems.. weve rushed him to the er 4 times. Anyways after seeing the specilist we had to fill 5 scripts and the manager of the store was helping the cahier out and it just so happened to be the past tenant of the same house... she told us there is black mold in the home and where.. welll I confronted the agent/landlord about it and yup/... denied anything and everything. Also did nothing about the mold we could see. I hired an attonerney and withhelp rent... then he started moving.. came over and put up black plastic bags with duck-tape to tape it down and ran out of duck tape so he'll be back in a week to finish it.. nice huh!! Well the slumloard is DOn Brumley and the so called agent is Chris Noordyke... they own 5 more houses in kalalmazoo and Quality rent to own.. and yes the furniture that was downstairs with the past tenants went back to the rental store and move into someone elses home.. with black mold spores on them... WATCH OUT FOR THESE PEOPLE>>>> STAY AWAY!

madashell I can only assume that you plan on taking Mr. Brumley and Mr. Noordyke to court. However, I know Don Brumley and I assume you have been unable to serve him with court papers. I may be able to help you. Please e mail me back and let me know if I can help. I discovered this Mold Help by googleing his name. I will have him in court in January in Indiana and you may be able to serve him there. My email address is tabithagray@verizon.net. I look forward to hearing from you.
