I am allergic to molds and found a loaf of supermarket bakery Italian bread that had fallen off to the side unnoticed for I don't know how long -- it was completely green and still in the bag but the smell irritated my nose.

How bad can this be for me? I washed my face and splashed water to rinse but some water did get in my nostrils. I have a steroid nasal spray but am afraid to use it as could I actually force some spores into my sinuses?

Got rid of it right away.

Thanks much for your help

This problem is actually more common than many people know. Try rinsing your sinuses with either saline or acsorbic acid. This should help.

Cheers,
Susan
