Hello,
Anyone have any referrals for attorneys? I have been searching for a lawyer for the past 8 months with no luck.

Google an attorney on our board, His name is Kelly Vance. He is very good. For small claims court you need photos, recipts of furniture (if any), and laboratory testing. You can ourchase the Mold Help renter's Kit for $60 at www.mold-help.org. It contains everything you need to file your case. Good luck.
Cheers,
