Dear Mold Help Readers,

My Orthopedist has told me that I have mild Chrondomalacia in the left knee, and severe Chrondomalacia in the right knee. This means I have no cartilage in the knees at all.

I was also told that this is incurable.

One, can exposure to Toxic Molds and Mycotoxins, i.e. stachybotrys, chaetomium, aflatoxins and satratoxins cause this?

Two if you are also experiencing this, how do you handle it? Exercises?
Physical therapy?
Any comments are appreciated.
Yanni
