Can someone please tell me the implications to health from smoking & inhaling the 'spores' of Botrytis Cinerea (grey mould) which probably would have been present on a quantity of late flowering, outdoor grown cannabis bud. (The actual Grey Rot & growth was all cut out & disposed of but the 'spores' would have remained present on the good crop that was harvested & smoked)

Now I've given up smoking altogether (cigarettes & marijuana) but my right lung feels bruised & I'm arranging to have a chest X-ray ASAP.
Normally I'd put it down to overindulging over Xmas, i.e tight lungs from just being a smoker which will clean out in good time now I've quit but the thought of a fungal mass growing in my lung has left me feeling very paranoid indeed!

Should I have grave cause for concern?

Many thanks.
