Can someone please tell me what this means? According to the Industrial Hygienist the yeast was a concern but in his report he recommends that either the tub be removed, or the dining room ceiling drywall below the bathroom be removed, in order to inspect the cavity under the tub for signs of moisture and/or mold growth." Im sure there's no moisture but I suspect because of a leak from the bathtub drain back in September there may still be some mold.

Thanks again Austin, I asked the Industrial Hygienist who performed the tests if it was possible that sewer gas is whats causing the problem and he said no, he said that its being caused by to much moisture in the townhouse.

The company you hired has a fidicuary responsibility to translate and explain the test results to you. That is their job, make them earn their money so you don't have to ask us for the results of your tests. Its not that we don't mind helping, its just that if you hire someone, they should do their job from beginning to end!

Cheers,
Susan
