I checked the mold-help.org Mold Help but couldn't find the page that tells you what you should and shouldn't eat more specifically what sugars are ok to use to avoid further mold related symptoms.

Perhaps someone can provide me with the link to that page more importantly what sugar(s) I can and cannot use?

Thank you

Go to the front page, www.mold-help.org, then click on the treatments tab, then you will find the diet page.

Stevia is the best sugar substitute with no side effects as it comes from a shrub in Paraguay. You can find it at your local health food store.

Good luck.

Cheers,
Susan

Thank you Susan, I decided to stick to drinking water or black coffee.

Distilled and reverse osmosis water is the best thing to drink 1s a multiplicity of combinations. But absolutely NO coffee. Especially the cheaper coffee. These beans are not hand-picked, therefore many coffee beans are full of fusarium. If you don't believe me, search for the info yourself.

Best of luck and I wish you the absolute best.

Cheers,
Susan
